IXEO provides hotels, resorts, lodges, camps with all transport and ground suppliers with online ticketing around the world. IXEO is unique, in the sense that it incorporates both travel and hospitality services.

IXEO has a huge 'live' travel database on the Internet, combining accommodation and flights booking information to provide tailor-made holiday packages. The IXEO website has a patented reservation back-end system called IX-e. This solution can be used by hotels, tourism board, airlines, and travel agents to make their products available on one website. Some of IXEO's notable partners include travel systems company Amadeus, Galileo CRS, Lonely Planet and the Sabre Travel Network.

The IX-concierge system is another uniquely designed interactive operating system to assist travelers.
