Siem Reap Food

This is the picture of the front of Karo's restaurant in Siem Reap. It actually had a review on TripAdvisor the last I checked. A 5-star rating and there's no surprise as to why. The food was good. The owners were extremely friendly. Want a picture of what I ate there? This restaurant is on the main Sivatha Blvd near the Angkor Night Market.

This coconut filled soup is what I had at Karo's restaurant. It was very flavorful.

This is a picture of Khmer sour soup. It was loaded with vegetables so if you love vegetables like me then you will love this soup. As you can see it has shrimp in it but you could just as easily ask for chicken or pork.

Here is a picture of noodles with shrimp. Very basic but tasty. Good price too. Around $1.50 to $2.00.

I forgot the name of this dish but it had pineapples in it. And the title of the soup was "sour". I like having my sour soups made spicy. That combo really makes me feel good.

This is some vegetable fried rice. Very standard and basic but it only costs $1 at many restaurants around town so had this instead of white rice.
