When in France, it is essential to visit the historic city of Bordeaux. Famous for its world class wines, excellent museums and vibrant nightlife, this city is a traveler’s delight. The Basilique Saint Seurin, which is a Unesco world heritage site, is a marvel of Roman and Gothic architecture. If you want to experience a taste of life aboard a naval ship, there is the Croiser Colbert, a French navy missile ship that went out of service in 1991. from April to November, tourists can take tours to the famous vineyards of Bordeaux for some wine tasting.
