     With their sunny charm and palm beaches, the Hawaiian islands are certainly worth visiting. With activities like surfing, diving and snorkeling available throughout the year, it is one of the most popular destinations for holidaymakers.

      Honolulu’s Kuan Yin Temple is a Buddhist Temple with ornate carvings and is a must-see. The Bishop Museum is a fine place to visit since it contains artworks from Pacific cultures. It is also home to Hawaii’s only planetarium. The Hawaii State Art Museum nd the Hawaii Academy of Arts contain exceptional collections of Pacific, Asian and European artworks. Another wonderful attraction is the Wakiki Aquarium. It allows views of rare Hawaiian fish, coral reefs and sharks.

       Crossing the Pacific Ocean to Alaska, with its snow covered landscape is a place for hikers and wildlife lovers. One of Anchorage’s most popular attractions is the Earthquake Park. It was built after the great quake of 1964 and offers beautiful views of Anchorage and the twin peaks of Mt McKinley and Mt Foraker. Also worth visiting is the Delaney Park and the impressive Anchorage Museum of History and Art.

         The Yellowstone National Park and the Yosemite National Park are the most popular national parks in the US. Both are Unesco World Heritage sites. Yellowstone is known for its incredible hot springs, geysers and wildlife while Yosemite has spectacular waterfalls, lakes and flora and fauna. The Death Valley National park in California is also famous for its incredible landscapes.
